
1. All items are guaranteed original, unless otherwise specified in the item description.
2. 5 day inspection policy. If item is not returned in 5 days it is considered sold. If you are not completely satisfied, item may be returned within the inspection period for a full refund or credit minus a handling fee of 10% will be charged, unless other arrangements have been made and agreed to by both the buyer and seller. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please call 301-262-5735 or email snyderstreasures@aol.com before returning any item. If you have contacted another dealer not a collector to determine authenticity, and he/she determines that the item is not period as stated, I will require a signed affidavit from each before resolution of the claim.
3. Items have been described to the best of our ability and are sold "As Is", without warranty.
4. Payments must be made in U.S. funds by pay pal, money order, cashiers check, or personal check. Personal checks will have to clear before any item may be shipped. There will be a $15.00 charge for all returned checks.
5. A shipping and handling charge will be added to all orders, as described in each listing.
6. All items are shipped insured unless otherwise specified and it is the buyers responsibility to settle any claims with the carrier.
7. All items are sold for collecting purposes only and are not intended for actual use.
