This is a very RARE Mother's Cross in Diamonds.
The medal is gilded with the traditional blue and white enamel. The white center disk has a gilt swastika with 17 diamonds embedded throughout. The reverse has the date of the original issue of the order, 16 Dezember 1938 and a facsimile signature of Adolf Hitler.
The suspension ribbon is much wider than the lower orders, measuring 16mm wide and 65cm long.
The medal measures 36mm by 46mm and it is a two-piece construction.
The condition is excellent.
