We have a large selection of devices for headgear on another page. The German headgear devices (except decals) are in the section on German Cloth, with Army, Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe, and other organizations. SS devices are on their own pages for sidehat insignia and visor cap insignia.
We have moved the GERMAN helmets (including SS and Police helmets) and other German Headgear and Accessories (including visor hats and side hats) to a separate page.
We have moved the World War I helmets (including US and UK painted helmets) and US GI steel helmets of WWII and later to a separate pages.
We have moved the metal helmets (including painted Victory and US, Italian, Russian, and other Military helmets) to a separate page.
This is a very scarce hard hat diver's helmet. There are a number of views with the helmet on and off the yoke, shown below:
Helmet -- Face Plate Close-up
Helmet -- Top -- Back -- Right side -- Left side
This is an old three-window helmet and has deep tarnish and a number of minor dents and signs of long hard service. It has 12 bolts on the collar yoke, none of the nuts are present. The name data plate is missing, however traces of where it once was mounted remain. The glass and guards are intact and present. There is a significant amount of wear to the fittings, as shown in the images above. This appears to be a very early Korean diver's helmet, with a lot of the same characteristics of a Japanese TOA
