The items on this page are some fairly competent forgeries made by various forgers of the 1970s and 1980s. Please note, these are displayed as curiosities and not intended to be represented as actual Hitler signed items. In some cases, "supporting documentation" was part of the lot used to lend credence to the rest of the items. The signatures and documents are also forgeries.

AHFD-01 Adolf Hitler Forged Document |
This is an example of a forged document
purported to have been written while Hitler was in Landsburg Prison. The document is rendered in quill pen on parchment-like paper, apparently removed from a book, The document is water-stained, with most of the ink showing runs from moisture. The signature is poorly rendered and the spacing of the words and the style of writing are not consistent with Hitler's penmanship of the time. This is an interesting study in the style used by one of the early forgers. It measures 7-3/4 by 7-3/4 inches. The condition is fair to near good. |

AHFA-01 Adolf Hitler Forged Drawing Lot |
This is an example of a forged drawing. It is a rendering of the large Nuremberg eagle. There is a spurious description and it is dated 1940 and signed with a forged signature. The paper is heavy art paper, and the drawing, caption, and signature are all in pencil. There are a number of giveaways on this piece, not the least of which is the signature, caption, drawing style and purported date. This measures 7-1/2 by 10-1/2 inches. The condition is near very good. |
