This is a very interesting note from General Lafayette referencing passage for a courier from the US to England. Lafayette wrote his name in the greeting and further initialed the end of the document.
The text reads: "Gnl. Lafayette / Best Compliments. Wait on Mr. Robin (a correction in spelling apparent) and send him two tickets for the seance of Friday. He will take the liberty to hand (a correction apparent) him with some letters for England on tomorrow evening. (Initials) Friday Morn.
The term "seance" is an archaic French word for "seats" and in common usage at the time. The corrections are in Lafayette's hand. This is a close-up of the handwritten text.
Also included in this lot is a 19th century engraving of Lafayette with a facsimile signature. There is some light to moderate foxing. This will nicely compliment the letter in a properly framed and conserved presentation.

This program is from the last year of Houdini's life, one year after he had launched his full evening show known as "3 Shows in One: Magic, Escapes, and Fraud Mediums Exposed." This program is dated April 22, 1926, just six months prior to his untimely death.
The program cover is signed by Houdini and five other magicians performing in the show that evening. The magicians signing include Dr. A. M. Wilson, M.D.; Houdini; Mysterious Smith (one of several who used that alias for the Mysterious Smith Company); Manual; Harold Alberto; and, Werner C. Dornfield, using his stage name "Dorny". There is an advertisement for another show at the back of the program, the cast listing Dornfield by both of his names, who not only performed, he was the Stage Manager.

This is an exceptionally rare custom jeweler hand-engraved and chased gilt edge Adolf Hitler presentation piece, with a facsimile of his famed signature and dated Weihnachten 1938 on the bottom, as shown here.
This salver was presented to his Secretary Martin Bormann. Although Bormann's name is not on the salver, it is consistent with other similar presentation quality items bearing his signature given as gifts on previous Christmas celebrations.
This salver has the jeweler's name and mark hand engraved near the 800 silver content marks at the bottom. The jeweler is identified as A. Küper, by the stylized AK maker mark, and the hand worked name about the BERLIN stamp at the bottom edge of the rim, as shown here.
The bowl is hammered silver on the interior, with a very detailed edge treatment of 32 lobes (one for each of the Gau (districts) of Germany at the time) with hand-worked crosshatching. The separately applied rim was gilded at one time, about 75% of the original gilt remains.
It measures 12-1/2 inches in diameter, and stands 2 inches high. Here is a view of the bottom, the inscription being in the center.
The condition is excellent throughout, excepting the wear to the gilt mentioned above.
$5,999.99
This is an very scarce custom hand-made Hermann Göring presentation piece, with a facsimile of his famed signature and dedication "Zur Erinnerung" on one side and long wing General's Eagle on the handle on the reverse.
This letter opener was presented to Hermann Göring by Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler.
It is Damascus in a very distinctive "rosebud" or "bulls-eye" pattern generally associated with the famed Damascus craftsman Paul Mueller of the Dachau sword facility which was producing fine Damascus presentation items for the SS throughout the 1930s.
It measures 9-3/8 inches long overall, and a bit more than 3/4 inches wide at the handle, and with a blade measuring 5-1/4 inches long. Here is a view of the eagle side, and a view of the signature side with the inscription being in the center of the blade.
It is mounted in a double-sided glass covered frame which shows both sides of this remarkable and unique artifact.
The condition is excellent throughout.

German World War Two 835 Wagner & Sohn marked Luftwaffe Honor Goblet Awarded to Feldwebel Karl Muller on 21.3.41.
The goblet is 8.5 inches tall. The goblet consists of an oblique-sided base ring with a raised inscription in large letters reading “Für besondere Leistung im Luftkrieg” (“For Special Achievement in the Air War”). . The oblique base transitions to a short, vertical shaft section (this is actually hollow) displaying a band with two parallel rows of exquisitely-detailed, raised-relief oak leaves (and in a small band beneath this, the engraved name of the recipient. The goblet widens at the top where the lip flares out to from the rim. The entire goblet is made of silver, with hammered sides that provide a spectacular faceted reflection effect. A life-size image of an Iron Cross is embossed (fully raised above the side) on the center of one side of the goblet, with the opposite side embossed to show a raised relief scene of two eagles showing one bird attacking the other in flight. The inside of the slightly curved cup bottom is clearly marked 835 etc with the maker mark Joh.Wagner & Sohn.

The actual goblet could be produced in two materials, fine
silver (German: Feinsilber) or also in German Silver (German: Alpaka) or
Nickel silver. The size is about 200 mm tall x 100 mm in diameter. The object
was produced in two pieces which were fitted together into one unit. The
obverse depicts two eagles in mortal combat while the reverse bears an Iron
Cross in high relief. Oak leaves and acorns adorn the stem. The words "Für
